Description:

This Juneau-Douglas City Museum houses a plethora of artifacts displayed through interpretive exhibits chronicling local history. Visitors will also find a large relief map, audio-visual presentations, native cultural artifacts and local artwork. The museum is located across from the state capitol building in downtown Juneau.

Hours of Operation:

Open May - Sep: Mon. - Fri. 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Sat. - Sun. 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Oct - Apr: Tue. - Sat. noon - 4:00 p.m.

Admission Details:

Adults $3; Children 18 and under are free.
